Greg Pocherewny is President of Fifth Ring Leadership, a consulting company that specializes in executive search and leadership development. With 25 years of diverse business experience he has been involved in hundreds of mandates including growth strategies, succession planning, employee development, compensation trends and other critical leadership issues. Prior to entering the search industry, Greg held sales and leadership roles with a Western Canadian industrial distribution company.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business (University of Calgary), the CSC from the Canadian Securities Institute, and has the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Committed to the community, Greg, his wife Karen, and their 2 sons volunteer their time with several organizations in the Calgary area.

Karen Pocherewny is a management consultant that specializes in accounting, finance and office management. With extensive experience in the private equity, family office and automotive industries, she brings operational and accounting excellence to her clients. Karen has a BA in History from the University of Calgary.
